Port Antonio, on a day trip with Mike

we past beautiful scenery

went to the Blue Lagoon

where Brook Shields started her career in the movie "Blue Lagoon"

we had the best jerk bbq on the Island

they grill the meat on the open fire

make "festivals" (sweet fried bread)

It was delicious and very hot:-)

we saw a Castle, working as a hotel where the rich& famous go on holidays

and went to relax in a natural spa

the next day we had an early start from Port Antonio to Kingston

in rough seas

with some salty showers under way

We arrived in Kingston at sunset

where we were welcomed by the sight of a spectacular rainbow over the town

CD was anchored in front of the Royal Jamaican Yacht club and with Kingston in the background

which is located in his actual house

we had delicious coffee from the beans that grow next to the Cafe

at the top of the blue mountains

It was very misty at 1'500 meters

but when the mist lifted the view over Kingston was spectacular

In Kingston

we got some tropical fruit

heading out of the Bay of Kingston

with four nights at sea ahead of us...
